Subway is the fastest growing convenience food retailer in Europe and with a presence worldwide. It is a little known fact that in the USA they have more retail outlets then McDonalds.
In the early stages their presence in Europe as the purchasing arm representing Subway (European Independent Purchasing Company - EIPC) partnered with Click-On Logistics in the development of their logistics and distribution business requirements.
Over a number of years Click-On Logistics have supported a rapid growth in several countries across Europe with a range of projects from managing the Invite To Tender (ITT) process through to operations improvement programmes in Germany, France, GB & Ireland.
The relationship has worked as partnerships which have included the development of internal departments as business has grown, and Click-On Logistics have supported EIPC in meeting operational challenges as they arise. Once the business operations in Europe reached a critical mass a new Supply Chain Director was appointed.
