Click-On Logistics have built their business on consistent values and processes.  This applies to our internal procedures and also to client work, and is supported by our ISO 9001 accreditation.  For Client work we have standardised our process mapping methodologies around iGrafx, a leading analysis tool that we have used with success and with excellent Client feedback.  We have successfully used the tool for:  Lean Studies, Value Stream Mapping, Process Re-design and Organisation Development.  The flexibility of the tool provides significant time saving over other more basic software applications, and we continue to work with iGrafx in Supply Chain applications where we now have templates for most process areas.
